We've got our design finalised and will soon send it off to have it produced by a milling machine at Sprowston High School, where we'll be going in about two weeks for the finals! Below is a picture of the finished body design with our sponsor's logos on it to show their support. These will be applied using transfer paper and we are really proud to have your support.
As you can see, the car will be black to link to our theme of Vulcan and volcanoes. We were hoping to have flames along the sides, but this might not be possible depending on time. However, sponsor's logos are our priority and we're definitely going to have their logos on our car, but they might not be where they are on the picture.
We've nearly finished work on our portfolios, which are worth 180 points each, which could make the difference between winning and losing. One is about our design process and the other details our marketing and enterprise aspect of the project. Each one has to be five A3 pages in length, which is a lot of proof-reading and writing. We're hoping to put these on the blog so we can receive feedback from our sponsors and other people.
